Sacred Property and Ownership
All teachings, rituals, assignments, subjects, class materials, discussions, and ceremonies offered under Lakû Mètrès La Vodoun Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences are the sole intellectual and spiritual property of Dr. Mètrès Manbo Ile, GbòDaginen Menfò.
This includes, but is not limited to, written texts, recorded lectures, online classes, audio or video content, assignments, coursework, and any visual or spiritual materials distributed to Vodounvi, Hounsi, or members of the Lakû.
Any reproduction, redistribution, publication, or adaptation of these materials — whether digital, physical, spoken, or symbolic — is strictly prohibited without written consent from Mètrès Manbo Ile.
All rights are protected under spiritual law, international copyright, and traditional Ginen codes of lineage and guardianship.
Restrictions on Use and Distribution
You agree not to:
- Copy, post, or share any part of Lakû materials on social media, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or any other digital platform without prior written approval.
- Use any course content, ritual, or spiritual assignment for monetary gain, promotion, entertainment, or personal branding.
- Translate, reinterpret, or teach these materials under another institution, name, or entity without authorization.
- Create digital products, books, or content derived from any part of the Lakû curriculum.
- Use sacred information for manipulation, harm, or personal profit.
Violation of this policy constitutes both a spiritual offense and a legal breach, and may result in immediate removal from the Institute, community ban, and possible legal action.
Non-Refund Policy
All payments — including tuition, ceremonies, rituals, retreats, and donations — are non-refundable.
This applies to every level, spiritual service, and product offered by Lakû Mètrès La.
Each exchange is treated as a sacred contract between the participant, the Lakû, and the ancestral spirits. Once the spiritual process begins, the energy cannot be reversed or “refunded.”
Participation and Conduct
Participation in all rituals, classes, and community discussions must be done with full respect, discretion, and integrity.
Members agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all rituals, ceremonies, and members.
- Show respect toward instructors, spirits, and peers at all times.
- Avoid recording or photographing ceremonies unless permitted.
- Follow dress codes and ceremonial guidelines as stated in the bylaws.
Failure to uphold these expectations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or removal from the Institute.
Legal and Spiritual Disclaimer
Lakû Mètrès La does not guarantee specific spiritual results or outcomes. Each person’s journey is guided by their own Ori, ancestors, and divine timing. All teachings are provided for spiritual education and holistic development.
The Institute and its affiliates are not responsible for misuse or misinterpretation of materials outside authorized settings. By enrolling, participating, or attending any Lakû event, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms contained herein.
