NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT

This letter serves as formal notice that Lakû Mètrès La Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences [the Institute] has identified unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, teaching, or representation of its protected intellectual property.

The infringing material includes, but is not limited to:

  • Institute curriculum, lessons, manuals, or written works
  • Ritual structures, ceremonial formats, invocations, or teachings
  • Audio or video recordings originating from Institute content
  • Derivative works based on Institute frameworks or methodologies
  • Use of Institute names, branding, language, or proprietary systems

DEMAND TO CEASE AND DESIST

You are hereby directed to immediately cease and desist from:

  1. Using, copying, teaching, distributing, or displaying Institute materials
  2. Representing Institute teachings as your own
  3. Hosting or selling derivative content based on Institute work
  4. Associating the Institute’s name, language, or systems with unauthorized platforms

REQUIRED ACTIONS

Within 10 calendar days of receipt of this notice, you must:

  • Remove all infringing materials from all platforms
  • Cease all teaching, distribution, or promotion of the materials
  • Provide written confirmation of compliance
  • Disclose any distribution, monetization, or third-party sharing

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

The Institute reserves all rights and remedies available under law, including but not limited to:

  • Injunctive relief
  • Monetary damages
  • Statutory damages
  • Recovery of legal fees
  • Public clarification of lineage and authorship

Failure to comply may result in immediate legal action without further notice.

NO WAIVER

This notice does not constitute a waiver of any rights, remedies, or claims, all of which are expressly reserved.
