If you have ever been given, used, or recognized under a Valiant or spiritual name through any lineage, house, temple, society, coven, lodge, church, initiatory body, or spiritual authority outside of Lakû Mètrès La Vodoun Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences, you must disclose it here.

This includes names no longer in use, informal names, revoked names, or names associated with incomplete or dissolved affiliations.

Failure to disclose may result in denial of enrollment or dismissal at any time.

Required Registration Fee for All Programs: $111

The registration fee is mandatory and non-refundable and does not include tuition, materials, rituals, initiations, travel, housing, or additional program fees.

By submitting this application, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms set forth by Lakû Mètrès La Vodoun Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences.

• I acknowledge that the $111 registration fee is mandatory, non-refundable, and required to process this application.
• I understand this fee does not apply toward tuition or any other program-related costs.
• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Enrollment is subject to review, approval, and spiritual discernment.
• The Institute reserves the right to accept, defer, or deny enrollment to protect lineage integrity, readiness, and community safety.

• I acknowledge that all teachings are spiritual, ancestral, cultural, initiatory, and educational in nature.
• These teachings are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or legal services.
• I accept full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
• No outcomes, healing, relationships, financial change, or life results are promised or guaranteed.

• I agree to uphold the Institute’s standards of respect, discipline, integrity, hierarchy, and accountability.
• Misconduct, dishonesty, manipulation, boundary violations, or misrepresentation may result in dismissal without refund.

• All teachings, rituals, ceremonies, initiatory knowledge, oral transmissions, curriculum, symbols, veves, altar practices, recordings, messages, written materials, and communications are strictly confidential.
• I agree that nothing shared through the Institute may be discussed, recorded, taught, published, posted, or disclosed in any form outside of Lakû Mètrès La without explicit written authorization.
• This obligation applies indefinitely, including after completion, withdrawal, or dismissal.

• I acknowledge that the Institute safeguards a living lineage and protected body of ancestral knowledge.
• I may not claim or imply authorization to teach or initiate unless formally granted in writing.

• Any violation or breach of this agreement, whether actual, alleged, attempted, direct or indirect, intentional, or unintentional, shall constitute a material breach of this agreement and grounds for immediate dismissal from Lakû Mètrès La Vodoun Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences, with or without prior notice. Upon dismissal, the applicant shall irrevocably forfeit all fees paid or owed, and all rights of access to programs, instruction, teachings, rituals, ceremonies, materials, communications, digital platforms, and institutional privileges shall be immediately and permanently terminated. The Institute reserves the unrestricted right to impose permanent exclusion from any current or future affiliation, enrollment, or participation. In addition, the Institute may pursue any and all remedies available at law or in equity, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, civil judgments, recovery of attorneys’ fees and court costs, and any other action deemed necessary to protect the Institute’s lineage, intellectual property, contractual rights, reputation, confidential information, and institutional interests.

• I acknowledge that any breach of the Enrollment Acknowledgment, Agreement & Comprehensive Non-Disclosure Covenant, including unauthorized disclosure, teaching, publication, recording, misrepresentation, or misuse of the Institute’s confidential or proprietary information, may result in material, reputational, spiritual, and financial harm to Lakû Mètrès La Vodoun Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences.
• I understand and agree that, in the event of such a breach, the Institute reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under law, including but not limited to:
  • monetary damages
  • injunctive relief
  • cease-and-desist orders.
  • recovery of legal fees and court costs
  • civil judgments
  • financial claims or lawsuits for breach of contract, confidentiality, or misrepresentation
• I acknowledge that dismissal from the Institute does not limit or replace legal remedies, and that enforcement actions may proceed in addition to administrative or spiritual consequences.
• I understand that violations involving intellectual property, proprietary curriculum, lineage-based teachings, or confidential spiritual material may be treated as serious contractual breaches, subject to civil enforcement.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this agreement, enrollment, participation, or breach thereof shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Florida, and the applicant knowingly and voluntarily consents to such jurisdiction and venue.

If any provision of this agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as though the invalid or unenforceable provision had never been included.

The failure or delay of Lakû Mètrès La Vodoun Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences to enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and expressly authorized by the Institute to be effective. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or continuing breach.

All provisions of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination or dismissal, including but not limited to confidentiality, non-disclosure, financial obligations, intellectual property protection, remedies, governing law, and venue, shall survive indefinitely and remain binding regardless of completion, withdrawal, dismissal, or termination of enrollment.

• The $111 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• All fees paid are non-refundable, including tuition, deposits, installment payments, and administrative fees, once enrollment is confirmed or instruction begins.
• Withdrawal, dismissal, hardship, disagreement, or non-completion does not qualify for a refund.

• Any installment plan or evidence of indebtedness may be considered an extension of credit or student loan.
• I understand I am financially responsible for all tuition and fees regardless of participation or outcome.

• Down payment: 20% or more of tuition, plus registration, materials, applicable taxes, shipping, and a 10% administrative fee on the remaining balance.
• Late fee: 1.5% per month on past-due balances.

Returned checks incur a $35 bank fee.

• Dismissal does not release me from financial obligation.
• All fees remain fully due and non-refundable.
• Loss of access does not qualify as cancellation or refund.
