ADDENDUM A

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGMENT AGREEMENT

Lakû Mètrès La Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences

This Intellectual Property Acknowledgment Agreement [Agreement] is entered into between Lakû Mètrès La Institute of Spiritual and Holistic Ginen Sciences [the Institute] and the undersigned participant [Participant].

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF OWNERSHIP

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all materials, teachings, structures, rituals, frameworks, writings, recordings, symbols, and proprietary systems provided by the Institute are the exclusive intellectual property of the Institute.

Access to these materials does not confer ownership, license to teach, or permission to reproduce.

LIMITATION OF USE

The Participant agrees that Institute materials may only be used for:

  • Personal study
  • Individual spiritual development
  • Practice within the scope of authorization explicitly granted by the Institute

Any other use is prohibited without written consent.

NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-DISTRIBUTION

The Participant agrees not to:

  • Copy, record, photograph, transcribe, or reproduce materials
  • Share materials with third parties
  • Upload content to any platform or medium
  • Teach or demonstrate Institute material outside authorized roles
  • Create derivative works based on Institute teachings

This obligation applies during and after participation.

LINEAGE AND AUTHORIZATION

The Participant understands that:

  • Titles, roles, permissions, and authority are granted by the Institute
  • Completion of coursework does not equal authorization to teach
  • Departure from the Institute does not grant rights to its teachings
  • Lineage is carried by responsibility, not memory

CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH

Violation of this Agreement may result in:

  • Immediate termination of participation
  • Revocation of certifications, titles, and affiliations
  • Removal from community spaces
  • Legal action under applicable intellectual property laws

BINDING AGREEMENT

This Agreement is binding upon signature or digital acknowledgment. The Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
