LEVEL 4 — MANBO / HOUNGAN SOU PWEN

Where Leadership Begins, Where the Spirits Measure Your Backbone, Where Service Becomes Authority

A Manbo or Houngan Sou Pwen is not simply a priest or priestess in training.
They are a guardian of the threshold, a keeper of order, a carrier of sacred responsibility.

This level is where the spirits begin to treat you not as a learner, not as a helper, but as a leader in formation.

Sou Pwen means: you stand on the point, you hold spiritual gravity, you carry the weight of the house, and the spirits trust you to maintain order even in the fire.

This is not a title for ego. It is a position earned through discipline, sacrifice, humility, and years of service. At this level, your name begins to carry spiritual weight.
